Your Tasks

  • Independent personnel support for a defined employee group in all HR-relevant issues.
  • Needs analysis, conception, implementation and evaluation of personnel development measures
  • Planning and realization of personnel recruitments as well as of the onboarding in cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Takeover of personnel projects in the most diverse personnel topics
  • Advising managers in personnel-related issues of labor law and work constitution law
  • Collaboration in the design and implementation of company agreements
  • Cooperation with the works council

Your Profile

  • Completed business studies with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification (e.g. human resources specialist)
  • Extensive professional experience as a human resources officer or a HR business partner with a focus on “personnel development“
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law and works constitution law
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Negotiating skills, advisory skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Flexibility and resilience in special situations
  • Autonomous way of working, self-responsible and responsible acting
  • Experienced handling of Microsoft Office
