- in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO – to claim for the deletion of your personal data stored at our company. A deletion of your personal data will not be possible, if we, due to national or European laws or regulations are obliged to save it.
- in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO – to claim for the limitation of the processing of your personal data, as far as the correctness of the data is being contested by you, the processing is illegal, but the deletion of it is refused by you and we do not need the data anymore, but you will still require it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal rights or because you have filed, in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO, an objection against the processing.
